What They Don’t Teach You in Design School: Survival Guide to Life After Graduation is a zine made in collaboration with AIGA Eye on Design and The University of Texas at Austin during a six-week publication course led by Eye on Design founder and former editor Perrin Drumm.

I was responsible for conducting and writing a Q+A article about What

I wish I knew before I graduated. In addition to designing a spread for "Should I do an Internship" section.

With direction from Perrin and additional design by Tala Safié, these spreads were intended to mimic college calendars and syllabi—densely packed, overwhelming, and full of information. Of course, a printed syllabus would be nothing without a few mindless doodles in the white space. Grilli Type’s simple and classic GT Alpina helped amplify the typically “non-designed” look of syllabi without being too generic.
